Before you even read my blog, I think it’s important to get to know me… what I like, what I don’t like, what interests me.

And why do I think this is important?

To get to know the person behind the words, to see if we’re on the same page, to see if we are aligned…. because if you’re reading this.. we are probably

So…. I’m Jo, currently age 43 (at the time of writing this). I’m a wife, a mum of 2 boys, ages 9 and 7 and also just ‘me’… and the ‘me’ part is something that I am slowly starting to get back.

So this is what I love and value…..

Nature, travelling, experiences, health and well being, good manners, positivity, honesty, achievement, forward thinking, change, endless possibilities, glass, wood, different cultures, spice, randomness, light, space, lists, cats, bees

… and what I don;t like …

rudeness, routine, dark spaces, raisins, negativity, clutter, judgement, fixed mindsets, feeling trapped, closed spaces, indecisiveness, defeatism
